Registration Information
Admissions Policy
The Teen Mom Infant Childcare Program admits children of any race, color, religion, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities. We accept children 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
Any young moms enrolling in this program must be 21 years old or younger and must be finishing their education. We also now except working Moms!
Apply to be a Mentor Mom
Becoming a mentor mom is a volunteer position. Mentor moms will work with the young moms in the program and provide them with support and guidance. If you would like more information on becoming a mentor mom contact us!

Enrollment
To enroll your child in our program please contact us so that we can send you a registration packet. Once you receive the registration packet, fill out all of the necessary forms and return to Teen Mom Infant Childcare Program.
The Parent Handbook
Please read the Parent Handbook in order to understand all rules and regulations. Sign the Form at the back and return it to us.
Questions and Concerns
The Director,Jessi Sherman, is always available should any questions or concerns arise. Please voice any questions or concerns regarding any of the information in the handbook at time of enrollment so that any misunderstandings can be avoided.
